Modern technologies and process optimization

We simulate almost everything, which allows us to check the performance of circuits faster and cheaper even before production. This reduces the number of production iterations (prototypes), which significantly reduces costs and time-to-market. This is extremely important in the context of dynamic changes taking place in individual markets.
We work closely with our manufacturing department, taking care of DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFA (Design for Assembly) from the very beginning of a project. This approach allows us to focus on the target version of the device, skipping the multi-stage product implementation as is the case with our competitorsi. Many times, after the MVP stage, it is necessary to rework the design for its industrialization, because the product is too expensive to manufacture, or even impossible to manufacture. We try to anticipate such situations right from the early stages. Our goal is not only to create a prototype, but first and foremost to bring the solution to industrialization on a large scale.
