This Privacy Policy defines the situations in which personal data may be obtained from Users and explains and regulates issues related to their collection, processing and use. This Policy applies to this and all other websites operated by or on behalf of ICU TECH Sp. z o.o.

The data is processed for the purposes set out below. The Data Controller does not share data or transfer data to a third country/international organization. The data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose. The data subject has the right to access, correct, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the purpose.
The Data Controller declares that it will make every effort to ensure adequate security of the data provided, and undertakes to take measures to prevent third parties from interfering with personal data and the privacy of data subjects.
Please be advised that the User may contact the Data Administrator directly (by phone) or by visiting the Website in order to get acquainted with information about the organization and the offer of services without the need to provide their personal data. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there may be circumstances where your personal data is necessary to perform the requested service or process.
